Please be forewarned that we do not accept returns/refunds for reasons not due to our own error/personal reasons.
If the item(s) had a defect prior to being sent out, we will accept returns for all full priced items.
If you would like to return your defective item(s), please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order, and an email containing a Return Authorization will be sent out with instructions detailing how to return the garment.
Once the authorization has been sent, items must be returned via trackable delivery within 5 days for the item to be eligible for a return.
Once returned, we will examine for ourselves whether or not the item has been worn, washed, or used. If there appears to be no evidence of the item being worn, we will send you a brand new piece/refund within a few days of receiving the item.
